Thank you for shopping with Anusha Homemade Pickles. We truly appreciate your support and trust in our handmade, authentic Andhra food products. As our items are perishable and prepared fresh, we follow a strict return and refund policy to ensure quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.
1. Return Policy
❌ No Returns Accepted
Due to the perishable nature of food products, we do not accept returns under any circumstances. This includes:
- Opened or unopened jars or packets
- Change of mind after ordering
- Incorrect product selection by the customer
All our products are handmade in small batches and go through quality checks before dispatch. We request customers to read product details, ingredients, and allergen info carefully before placing an order.
2. Refund Policy
While returns are not accepted, we stand by the quality of our products. You may be eligible for a refund or replacement only under the following conditions:
✅ Valid Reasons for Refund:
- Product received is damaged or broken
- Incorrect item delivered
- Severe leakage in packaging
⏱ Timeframe for Claims:
To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must:
- Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order
- Provide clear photos of:
- The damaged product
- The external packaging
- The shipping label
🛠️ Refund Process:
- Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we may offer one of the following:
- Replacement of the product
- Refund to your original payment method
- Store credit for future purchases
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 working days after approval.
3. Shipping Damage
We take utmost care in packaging our products securely. However, damages during transit can occasionally occur due to mishandling by courier partners.
Please inspect your package upon arrival. If there is visible damage or leakage:
- Do not consume the product
- Email us at support@anushahomemadepickles.com with your order number and photos
4. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only within 2 hours of placing the order. After that, we begin preparation and packaging, and cancellation is no longer possible.

5. Important Notes
- Refunds are not applicable for reasons like taste preferences, spice level, or texture differences, as these are subjective and vary with handmade products.
- If incorrect delivery details are provided, resulting in failed delivery, the customer is responsible, and no refund will be issued.
- Custom or bulk orders are non-refundable unless damaged in transit.
