Thank you for shopping with Anusha Homemade Pickles. We take great pride in delivering freshly made Andhra-style pickles, podis, and snacks straight to your doorstep. Please read the following Shipping & Delivery Policy carefully before placing your order.
🕐 Order Processing Time
- All orders placed on www.anushahomemadepickles.in are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Orders that include items such as fresh snacks, sweets, or made-to-order products may require an additional day for preparation, as they are crafted fresh in small batches.
🚚 Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates (Within India Only)
- We currently ship only within India.
- Standard delivery times are typically 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
- Remote and non-metro areas may experience slightly longer delivery windows.
Please note that delivery estimates are provided by our logistics partners and are subject to change based on weather, strikes, holidays, or courier service disruptions.
📦 Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
- Once your order is packed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and SMS with a tracking number.
- You can use this tracking number to check the live status of your parcel via the courier partner’s tracking page.
- We use a network of trusted courier services (like Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, India Post) based on your location.
💵 Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout based on weight, location, and packaging type.
- We occasionally offer free shipping during promotions or for orders above a certain amount.
📦 Packaging and Handling
All products are packed in tamper-proof, food-safe packaging to ensure freshness and prevent leakage. Glass jars are bubble-wrapped for extra safety.
⚠️ Delays & Exceptions
- Occasionally, shipments may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, such as courier delays, high seasonal demand, or natural disruptions.
- While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, Anusha Homemade Pickles is not liable for delays caused by courier providers or external factors beyond our control.
📋 Damages During Shipping
- If your order arrives damaged or tampered with, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by sending photos and your order ID to support@anushahomemadepickles.com.
- While we are not directly responsible for courier mishandling, customers have the option to opt-in for shipment insurance at checkout.
- If insured, we will assist you in initiating a claim with the courier partner for compensation up to the insured value.
🚫 No International Shipping
anushahomemadepickles.in currently does not offer international delivery. We only fulfill orders within the territory of India. Any third-party sites or agents claiming to offer international shipping on our behalf are not officially affiliated with us.
